Direction
Two visual + two structural directions, presented in person. 2 weeks.

Design
Selected direction taken to artwork-ready files with dielines and finishes. 2 weeks.
04
Prototype
Physical samples in 3 substrates, evaluated for line speed and shelf impact. 1 week.
05
Press
Plates, on-press attendance, ΔE proofing, QC sign-off. 1–2 weeks depending on volume.
06
Hand-off
Asset library, brand guidelines extension, supplier introduction. Ongoing.
